View official ASQA StandardsThe Standards for RTOs 2025 replaced the 2015 standards on 1 January 2025. All Kaïser templates, LLM prompts, and compliance scoring rules have been updated to reflect the new framework.
Standard 1 — Training and Assessment
All learner guide and assessment tool generation prompts updated to reference Standard 1 clauses (1.1–1.12) instead of the 2015 equivalents.
Standard 2 — Marketing and Recruitment
TAS wizard guidance text updated to reflect Standard 2 requirements for accurate marketing claims.
Standard 3 — Enrolment
Assessment tool templates updated to include pre-training review and reasonable adjustment documentation aligned to Standard 3.
Standard 4 — Support and Progression
Learner guide templates updated to include support pathway references aligned to Standard 4 requirements.
Standard 5 — Completion
Mapping matrix and assessment tool templates updated to include completion and certification pathway documentation.
Standard 6 — Complaints and Appeals
Assessment tool templates now include complaints and appeals pathway references as required by Standard 6.
Standard 7 — Governance
TAS templates updated to include governance and management system references aligned to Standard 7.
Standard 8 — Financial Viability
No direct impact on training material templates. Compliance scoring does not assess Standard 8 (financial management is out of scope for document-level review).
Kaïser now automatically scores each generated document against the Standards for RTOs 2025, flagging specific clause gaps with critical/warning/info severity levels.
