Important limitations on the use of Kaïser and its AI-generated content.

RTOs Are Solely Responsible for Validating Their Training Materials

Kaïser generates training and assessment materials as a starting point to assist your RTO. All generated content must be reviewed, validated, and approved by a suitably qualified person within your organisation before use in training delivery, assessment, or submission to any regulatory body including ASQA. Kaïser accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, compliance, or fitness for purpose of any generated materials.

1. AI-Generated Content

Kaïser uses artificial intelligence to generate training materials, assessment tools, Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS), and related documentation. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or content that does not accurately reflect the requirements of a specific unit of competency, qualification, or regulatory framework. You must not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for professional judgement, qualified review, or legal advice.

2. RTO Compliance Responsibility

Registered Training Organisations are legally responsible for the quality, accuracy, and compliance of their training and assessment materials under the Standards for RTOs 2025 and all applicable legislation. Kaïser is a productivity tool designed to assist RTOs in drafting materials — it does not replace the obligation of RTOs to ensure their materials meet regulatory requirements. The use of Kaïser does not constitute compliance with ASQA standards, and no output from Kaïser should be submitted to ASQA or used in training delivery without independent validation by a qualified person within the RTO.

3. No Legal or Regulatory Advice

Nothing on the Kaïser platform, including generated documents, compliance scores, audit readiness indicators, or any other feature, constitutes legal advice, regulatory advice, or a guarantee of compliance with ASQA standards or any other regulatory framework. Compliance scores and audit readiness metrics are indicative tools only and should not be relied upon as definitive assessments of your RTO's compliance status. For regulatory advice, consult a qualified VET compliance consultant or legal practitioner.

4. Training.gov.au Data

Unit of competency data displayed in Kaïser is sourced from the publicly available Australian national register (training.gov.au). While we endeavour to keep this data current, we cannot guarantee that it reflects the most recent version of any unit or qualification. RTOs are responsible for verifying that they are working with the correct and current version of any training product on their scope of registration.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kaïser and its operators, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform or any generated content, including but not limited to: ASQA audit findings, non-compliance outcomes, loss of registration, learner harm, or any other regulatory or commercial consequence. Your use of Kaïser is entirely at your own risk.

6. No Warranty

The Kaïser platform and all generated content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

7. Governing Law

This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of the Kaïser platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
