Fair Use Policy

Acceptable use of the Kaïser platform and its AI-generated content.

1. Purpose

This Fair Use Policy governs how you may use the Kaïser platform, its AI generation features, and any content produced by those features. By using Kaïser, you agree to comply with this policy. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use Kaïser and its generated content to:

  • Create, review, and refine training and assessment materials for use within your registered RTO.
  • Generate Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS) as a starting point for your compliance documentation.
  • Export documents for internal review, trainer use, learner delivery, and ASQA audit preparation.
  • Share generated materials with your enrolled learners and assessors as part of your training delivery.
  • Modify, adapt, and contextualise generated content to suit your RTO's specific industry context and learner cohort.

3. Prohibited Uses

You must not use Kaïser or its generated content to:

  • Resell or redistribute generated content as your own product or service to other RTOs or third parties without our written consent.
  • Circumvent credit limits by creating multiple accounts, sharing account credentials, or using automated scripts to generate content at scale beyond your subscription entitlement.
  • Submit unreviewed AI output directly to ASQA, learners, or third parties as finalised, validated compliance documentation without appropriate human review and sign-off by a qualified person within your RTO.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as independently authored or human-written in contexts where the distinction is material (e.g. ASQA audits, accreditation applications).
  • Generate content for units you are not registered to deliver under your current scope of registration.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including generating content that facilitates academic fraud, credential misrepresentation, or deceptive conduct.
  • Attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer the underlying AI models, prompts, or platform infrastructure.

4. Credit Usage

Credits are consumed per generation action and are non-transferable between accounts. Unused credits do not roll over beyond the period specified in your subscription plan. We reserve the right to adjust credit costs with reasonable notice. Credits purchased are non-refundable once consumed.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you input into Kaïser (e.g. your RTO context, uploaded templates, and configuration data). You also own the generated output documents produced using your credits, subject to the restrictions in Section 3 above. We retain no claim over your generated training materials.

6. Intellectual Property

Unit of competency content (elements, performance criteria, performance evidence, knowledge evidence, assessment conditions) is sourced from the publicly available Australian national register (training.gov.au) and is subject to the Commonwealth of Australia's copyright and licensing terms. Kaïser does not claim ownership of this source material.

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy and to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach. We may report unlawful conduct to relevant authorities. If you believe your account has been suspended in error, contact us at [email protected].

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Fair Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
